i-LIFT Method

Easily lift up tilted or sunken houses!

The "i-LIFT method" is a technique that injects grout into the ground to lift and restore tilted or sunken buildings while also enhancing the ground's bearing capacity. Since the injection is performed while continuously measuring with a high-precision leveling instrument, fine adjustments to the level are possible. Additionally, the use of compact machinery allows for construction even in areas with limited space between adjacent buildings. This method can shorten the construction period compared to conventional methods. 【Features】 ■ Fine adjustments to the level are possible ■ Construction is possible in areas with limited space between adjacent buildings ■ Shortened construction period ■ Can be applied even if ground improvement has already been carried out ■ Can be used for measures to prevent ground subsidence *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Lift-Up Method

A construction method that raises the building without demolishing it. The building remains as it is while the roof height is increased.

We would like to introduce a case where Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd. adopted the "Lift-Up Method." Due to the aging of the existing traveling crane, we received a request for an increase in crane lifting height. In the construction process, we connected the column for the raised portion to the existing column head in a way that enhances strength, and then, using the cover build method, we installed a new roof and walls before dismantling the existing roof from the inside. As a result of this construction, the crane lifting height was increased, allowing for more flexible crane movement, which improved work efficiency. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: Increase in crane lifting height ■ Result: The crane lifting height was increased, allowing for more flexible crane movement, which improved work efficiency. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
